I’ve been sleeping at any time recently, so my sleep schedule has been pretty messed up. I know it’s supposed to be really bad for me but I can’t help it when there’s nothing in particular I have to wake up for the next day.
But sometimes, it’s really good to go to sleep earlier than you normally would, if you ever wake up feeling tired or just not at 100%, it’s my advice to you to go to sleep a bit earlier than you normally would. It’s a choice between doing stuff in the moment probably at 50% capacity vs going to sleep, waking up fresh and doing the same thing at 90–100% capacity. You’ll either get the same amount done, but usually more because you’re properly charged for the day.
All I’m saying is to weigh your options and enjoy your sleep.
